PARAISO DEL MAR SELECTS ENVIRONMENTALLY FREINDLY GOLF COURSE TURF.
La Paz, B.C.S, México-May 26th, 2005. PARAÍSO DEL MAR today selected the environmental friendly Salam ™ Seashore Paspalum turf its championship golf course designed b Arthur Hills / Steve Forrest, now under construction at the site known as El Megote.

The Salam ™ Seashore Paspalum turf is being acquired from the Mexico's only Salam™ Seashore Paspalum licensed commercial nursery located in La Paz that is co-owned and managed by Recro Sports Concepts, S.A. de C.V. of La Paz, Baja California Sur. Standards, certification, and sprigs for the licensed Commercial Salam ™ Seashore Paspalum Turf Nursery were provided by Southern Turf Nurseries of Elberta, Alabama, United States of America, whom continued to visit and monitor the turf nursery on a quarterly basis.

PARAISO DEL MAR BECOMES FIRST RESORT IN MEXICO TO BE ACCEPTED INTO THE AUDUBON INTERNATIONAL SIGNATURE PROGRAM .
June 1, 2005, La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico-Desarrollos Punta La Paz, S. de R.L. de C.V., developers of Paraíso del Mar, today announced that they had been accepted for membership in The Audubon Signature Program, which is a program of the Audubon International Center for Sustainable Resource Management.

Russ Bodie, Senior Scientist, Environmental Planning Department, Audubon International recently conducted the initial site visit of Paraiso del Mar for Audubon International stated that "There are very few properties that match the natural beauty of the El Megote and Paraiso del Mar, and it is clear from the environmental permitting documents and the site plan that considerable thought has gone into planning an environmentally sensitive development".
