BRIAN E. WERNER: Mr. Werner graduated with a B.A. degree in Administration from San Diego State University. He has over 24 years of experience in sales, management, and marketing. He has held senior level positions with management companies that specialize in the development and administration of resorts, hotels, clubs, golf courses, marinas, and gaming destinations in the United States and Mexico and is the former Director of Development and Special Projects for El Cid Resorts as well as the former General Manager of the El Cid Golf & Country Club located in Mazatlan, Mexico. Mr. Werner is well known for his work with under performing and R.E.O. hotels, resorts, and country clubs in the United States and Mexico. He is the President of Recro Sports Concepts, S.A. de C.V. and resides in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico with his wife and three children. He speaks both English and Spanish and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Turfgrass Producers International, Association of Marina Industries, and the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America.
